
Chandra Collins is a 13-year breast cancer survivor, Chef, Lifestyle and Wellness Coach, Qigong and Strength instructor and Herbalism student. She is the founder of Renew. Restore. Nourish., offering integrative programs that support healing and vitality through food, movement, and spiritual connection. Her work reflects a deep commitment to wellness rooted in mind, body, and soul. Chandra teaches immersive cooking classes, Farmer's Market Tours and Lunch, Qigong and Strength classes, and Lifestyle and Wellness Workshops throughout the Bay Area.
She collaborates with organizations such as the Cancer Support Community, African American Wellness Challenge, Berkeley Bowl and the Women's Cancer Resource Center. Her signature Longevity and Renew. Restore. Nourish. programs support individuals facing chronic illness, aging, and stress with nourishing food, holistic practices, and empowerment. It was her proposal that sparked the launch of Get Well Concord (GWC), a wellness initiative hosted at First Presbyterian Church of Concord that brings together healers, teachers, and spiritual leaders to promote community health. She currently serves as Vice President of the GWC Board of Directors. Chandra is finalizing her first cookbook, Thank God for Fried Chicken: A Keto Vegetarian Cookbook, blending culture, flavor, and healing. Chandra's story is featured in an upcoming article about menopause and cancer, to be published in October. She recently traveled to Uganda to teach Nutrition and Qigong at Raise the Roof Academy, a life-changing experience for her and the 1,500 students served at the school. She plans to return with her Young Adult Youth Group to further educate on nutrition and help upgrade the school's kitchen systems, including sanitation, safety, and equipment.
