Strength for Life is a bodyweight-based strength class designed to improve balance, muscle tone, stability, and functional movement. We focus on practical strength including getting up and down off the floor, joint support, posture, and injury prevention using movements that are accessible and adaptable for all levels. This class builds physical resilience while supporting confidence, vitality, and independence.
