GLP-1 medications can be powerful tools, but medication alone does not create long-term wellness.

This Table Talk explores practical lifestyle support for those using GLP-1 medications, including nourishment, protein needs, muscle preservation, strength training, hydration, digestion, and sustainable habits.

This conversation is also helpful for those supporting a loved one using GLP-1 medications or those simply interested in learning more.

Pre-registration required.
